RETURN POLICY
All our products are handcrafted and are designed to carry a rustic, unique look. So, a slightly unfinished edge has not defected but an identifying feature of our products as imperfections in embroideries are a natural. We will considered your return request :
- Delivery of wrong product (wrong color/size/quantity)
- Damaged product
Customer will has to inform us within 10 days of the date of delivery of the product. Please note that we do not authorize a return request apart from the conditions mentioned above and after10 days of delivery.
Within 10 days of delivery of the pjjewels Product to you – Take a photograph of the product and email it to us at email id with a valid reason (damage, wrong product) for returning the product. Please note that sending a photograph of the product is a mandatory requirement for return request, without which we would not be able to accept any return request. We would not be able to take any return/replacement requests after 10 days of delivery.
Shipping charges of return product will be on customer’s account
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.
